Financial Control

Incept lets employees control when they get paid. Our team is able to choose if they get their paycheck every other week, every day, or anywhere in between, which allows our employees to meet financial goals and pay bills on time. 

We also offer a loan service, which allows employees to take out small personal loans against their paychecks.

Paid Time Off

Incept recognizes the following six days as paid holidays: Thanksgiving Day, Christmas Day, New Year's Day, Memorial Day, Independence Day, and Labor Day.  In addition to these days, each employee is given paid time off (PTO) to use at their discretion. We even award perfect attendance with additional PTO tickets each month. Hard work and dedication deserves recognition and reward.

Extra Incentives & Recognition

We are big believers in recognizing hard work so that our people feel valued. Often times, we will reward our employees with gas cards if they’ve worked extra hours.  In December of 2016, we ran our biggest incentive ever - $4,000 worth of prizes for employees that worked extra hours for the month.  We make big bets on people early, and our incentives really help to create an environment that proved that behavior.
