Alex Burroway

As Needed Saves Trainer

Who are you? I am someone who is very passionate about helping others succeed and be the best they can be which is a big reason why I was interested in becoming a trainer. I am a pretty reserved person but am very approachable. I enjoy sports, movies, reading and video games.

How are you able to help new hires in the first few weeks? I am able to help by taking you through our training process and not only showing you, but also giving you all of the tools you need to succeed and to hopefully have a great career here with us.

How long have you been with the company? 2018

Why do you choose to work with Incept? I was initially referred here by a friend of mine. I had a hard time finding a job that was best suited to me and what I like to do but Incept was totally different and this is a big reason why I have been here as long as I have been. I never had a place of employment care so much about me as a person and truly make me feel like a part of the team. The environment and daily interactions that I have with my fellow co-workers are great, and this makes me happy to come to work and feel like I am a part of something truly special.

Who are you? I am uniquely me, and I cannot wait to find out what makes you uniquely you! I believe a company’s greatest resource is its people, and that’s why I love my job, the people. I am super happily married! I’m a mother of 6 and a Mimi to 8. I love basketball, baking, Dunkin’s frozen coffees and good music. Just like you, I started out on the phones for our Results Division, and was trained in multiple programs, before I came across the opportunity to join in the recruiting process. I love what I do, and I feel like I have found my career. Welcome to the team, I’m sure you will love it here too!

How are you able to help new hires in the first few weeks? I can be that friendly face that you recognize from day one. You see, if you are a new hire we have already met, or at least spoken. Among other things, I would have been the person who called you in for the interview. I would be happy to help you in any way you need as you get settled. Don’t be shy, ask questions, learn from the CME’s around you. We have all been the new person on the floor, and we are all happy to help!

How long have you been with the company? February 2018

Why do you choose to work with Incept? I wanted a consistent schedule, the ability to not bring my job home with me every night, and most importantly for me, I wanted to spend time with my family. I can never get back the moments I missed but I can make a million memories now. I choose to be here, because I feel valued. I am working for a company that encourages me to balance my work and my personal life, so I can be present in both.

Taylor Lee

Saves Trainer

Who are you? I am the trainer for the Saves division at Incept! I started my career in the Spring of 2017 making calls for Blood Banks in the Saves division. I am a psychology student and a member of the national Psi Beta honor society. I enjoy brining aspects of psychology and communication to the class room to help understand each person’s needs. I’m an energetic person who enjoys working with others.

How are you able to help new hires in the first few weeks? My goal for my trainees is to give them all the tools necessary to reach your potential here at Incept. I approach mentoring in an energetic and engaging way. I am a people person who enjoys watching trainees succeed. I’m very approachable and open to the needs of others.

How long have you been with the company? Spring of 2017

Why do you choose to work with Incept? Incept has given me flexibility as a student and a welcoming environment to grow my career.

Results Trainer

Who are you? I am someone who never stops learning. I want to grow and succeed at everything I do. I am an animal lover, a wife, and a pretty awesome baker. I enjoy a nice summer or fall day outside, I am trying really hard to fall in love with yoga, otherwise I am probably on my couch with a snack watching Netflix.

How are you able to help new hires in the first few weeks? For many of you coming into the results division I will be showing you how to succeed in your career here at Incept. Helping you understand our culture first hand. I will teach you how to take efficient and accurate phone calls, and maybe even some emails. I have a lot of knowledge when it comes to the results programs, and Incept in general, and if I am not able to help you I will find you someone who can.

How long have you been with the company? First round November 2012- October 2016. Came back in November 2017- I just couldn’t stay away!

Why do you choose to work with Incept? I choose to work at Incept because I truly love my job, and the people that I work with are simply amazing. You will see!

Brandon White

New Employee Results Recruiter

Who are you? I’m someone who is passionate and hungry to see not only myself but Incept and the entire Incept family succeed. I began my career at Incept in March of 2017 in the Saves division. I have since been blessed with the opportunity to recruit talent to join the Incept Team/Family. I enjoy hard work, but also like to have a good time. Some of my hobbies include softball, flag football, first friend’s basketball, as well as watching or attending Ohio sporting events. My family means everything to me! Without them I don’t know where I would be today.

How are you able to help new hires in the first few weeks? After making the job offer, I assist in the process of finalizing the paperwork that makes you an official employee. I am also here to help with any questions or conflicts that arise during training. But even when training is over, remember I started in a similar position as you so don’t ever hesitate to ask me for help or be afraid to do so!

How long have you been with the company? 2017

Why do you choose to work with Incept? I choose to work at Incept because its more than just a job to me and we are treated as more than just employees. The culture is just simply amazing and something I have never experienced before through an employer; on top of that the work we do here is truly impactful!

Amy Define

Training Supervisor

Who are you? I’m an Ohio State and Disney junkie! I’m a mom, a wife, a decent enough cook, and I’m a Results Trainer here at Incept. I started as a part-time CME in the Saves division, looking for a paycheck while I found my “career”. That was back in 2012! I never made it out of here, and you’ll soon understand why.

How are you able to help new hires in the first few weeks? For many of you, I’ll be showing you the ropes. Introducing you to our culture, our clients, and their expectations. For all of you, I’m someone who has been here long enough that I can help with just about anything. Have a question about benefits? I’ll point you in the right direction. Having trouble with LAMA? I’ll work through some examples with you. Need to know who delivers? I know where the menus are. Just ask! If I don’t know how to help, I bet I know who does.

How long have you been here? November 2012

Why do you choose to work with Incept? I came here out of convenience. I was just graduating, needing a new job, they were hiring… you know the story. I didn’t plan on making it past 90 days.

I call it Hotel California. When you really get into the culture, the climate, the values and beliefs and people here, you can never leave. It becomes part of the lense that you see the world with. Caring about people, taking care of business, having a ton of fun – it changes who you are. And you can’t leave. You won’t find this anywhere else, so stick around!

EMPLOYEE RESULTS REPRESENTATIVE

Who are you? I currently take on the role of an Employee Results Representative. I started out on the phones in the Saves division, moved to the Results division where I learned Stamps RTM, Stamps Accounts, and Stamps Chat before moving to Employee Results. Outside of work, I am usually on my couch in comfy clothes with Netflix, my cats and dogs or I’m out and about on a random adventure with my family and friends. I have a strong love for animals, Pinterest, and it is unlikely that I will pass up a party with good food and games!

How are you able to help new hires in the first few weeks? I am able to help in the first few weeks by making sure all of your paperwork is completed and assisting with Paycom. I can also answer questions about benefits, pay checks, and policies.

How long have you been here? I have been at Incept since May 2010.

Why do you choose to work with Incept? I choose to work with Incept because I love the people and the atmosphere!

Employee Results Representative

Who are you?  I am a family person and love spending time with mine!  I am a wife and mother of 3 and we are always getting into something together!

How are you able to help new hires in the first few weeks?  Most of you might remember me as the person you signed in with for your interview.  I am the first person to greet you when you walk in the door and am here to help you with any questions that you may have!  I handle a lot of administrative work such as absence requests, schedule changes and attendance.  If you have a question, don’t be afraid to ask!  If I don’t know the answer, I will find out for you!

How long have you been here?  Since October of 2008.  I started out on the phones, just like you are, and have gotten to do a little of everything before becoming a member of our Employee Results Team.

Why do you choose to work with Incept?  I love our mission and the people I work with!

Allison McConnell

Director, EMPLOYEE RESULTS

Who are you? I like to think that I am a true people person. I love getting to know others, learning what makes them tick and what they are passionate about. I enjoy learning new things and am constantly looking for new adventures. I am very close with my family and friends- I have 21 nieces/nephews that I am always planning crazy activities for. I am a total dog lover – I have an American bulldog named Hammer and a Chihuahua terrier named Little Girl (super original). Whether its crafting, dogs or work I could talk about just about anything so please don’t hesitate to strike up conversation when you see me!

How are you able to help new hires in the first few weeks?  I really enjoy my work and am passionate about making Incept a truly exceptional place to work.  No one grows up hoping to work in a call center but we are actively working to change the way people experience call center work.  Our focus is on creating an environment where you can enjoy work, be successful and help others all at once.  I work to help new hires feel more comfortable, get to know the ropes and to have the smoothest onboarding possible.  I can answer any questions you have about HR, Hiring, Training or Quality and am happy to help in any way I can.

I started on the phones here just like you so I am happy to help make this a positive experience however I can!

How long have you been here?  I started in November, 2009.

Why do you choose to work with Incept? I love the people, the mission, the culture – everything!  I have never worked for a company that was so driven for success but also equally driven to treat people well, help others succeed, and give back to others.  To work with so many caring, passionate people is so rewarding!
