Students will work part-time on campus at the Taylor Institute for Direct Marketing on behalf of Incept clients in order to grow their business through multi-channel sales and marketing.

Account Growth Specialist
The Account Growth Specialist provides customized multi-channel communication with current or potential customers. Channels offered include: phone calls, emails, social media engagement, and live chat. Each client has different goals and objectives and a primary responsibility of the AGS is to understand and meet those goals and objectives. The ideal candidate will be comfortable using a multi-channel approach to meet client objectives.
Can manage their time and priorities with limited direction
Can understand customer objectives at the macro level (i.e. keep more customers or get more customers) and at the micro level (number of activities per day to get the desired outcome)
Capable of exceptional, 1:1 communication via multiple different channels including email, LinkedIn, phone, etc.
Ability to create email templates and phone scripts that require minimal editing from management or the client
Capable of managing a variety of different CRM platforms without losing efficiency
Provide summary of activity on a daily/weekly basis to ensure customer satisfaction and retention
Proactively adjust their approach to drive business value for our clients including template and/or script adjustments as necessary

BA/BS degree OR equivalent sales and/or marketing experience
Fluency in Microsoft Office product suite
Strong self-initiative and ability to work independently, while managing multiple projects and meeting associated deadlines within a dynamic work environment
Familiarity with CRM systems (Salesforce, SugarCRM, Hubspot Sales, etc.) and email systems (MailChimp, Robly, etc.)
Base: $12-$17/hour with potential for extra hours (40+), this is potentially $25k - $35k+ per year
Potential for bonus based on results
$12.00 to $17.00 /hour
